We are highlighting the wines of a small family winery in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. Teutonic Wines moto "old and cold, high and dry, wood and wild" describes their dedication to old world wine making methods. Using grape varieties meant to grow for longer in colder climates and higher elevations, dry farmed grapes whose roots grow deep into the soil to draw nutrients and flavors of the terroir, Teutonic's wines are aged in neutral oak and allow for wild fermentation to let the true flavors of the wine shine through.
